Jackie Robinson airs in two parts: Thursday June 20th & Thursday 27th on West TN PBS.

Jack Roosevelt Robinson rose from humble origins to cross baseball’s color line and become one of the most beloved men in America. A fierce integrationist, Robinson used his immense fame to speak out against the discrimination he saw on and off the field, angering fans, the press, and even teammates who had once celebrated him for “turning the other cheek.” After baseball, he was a widely-read newspaper columnist, divisive political activist and tireless advocate for civil rights, who later struggled to remain relevant as diabetes crippled his body and a new generation of leaders set a more militant course for the civil rights movement.

Nightmare Theatre airs Saturdays at 11pm on West TN PBS.

A minor demon, the Baron Mondo Von Doren was sent to our physical plane to inflict misery upon mankind. Among his greatest achievements: the introduction of new Coke, putting together Milli Vanilli and managing the Olsen Twins.

The Baron has since given all of those up, however, in favor of an evil scheme to broadcast such horrible films as "Attack Of The Giant Leeches" and "The Brain From Planet Arous" on an unsuspecting viewing public through his show Nightmare Theatre. He, along with his Mexican wrestler sidekick, El Sapo De Tempesto and their pet werewolf Mittens, treat these films with all the respect they deserve: None - and they have a lot of fun with them in the process!

In the real world, Mike Ensley, Chip Chism and Lemmie Crews have been presenting B-movie horror films in character since 2001. All three are part of the Horror Host Underground Network and were inducted into the Horror Host Hall of Fame in 2018.

Season 3 of The Great American Recipe airs Monday nights at 8pm on West TN PBS.

Follow eight talented home cooks from different regions of the country as they compete weekly with their most memorable recipes. Award-winning chef and Los Angeles restaurateur Tim Hollingsworth and Francis Lam, host of public radio’s “The Splendid Table,” are new judges for Season 3, joining returning host Alejandra Ramos and judge Tiffany Derry. In the final week, the top three home cooks vie for a chance to win the honor of having - The Great American Recipe!
